Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number.

We currently ship to addresses within India only (domestic delivery).

Some remote or rural regions may be serviced via longer‐transit couriers and may experience additional delivery times.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Orders above ₹ 3000 are eligible for free shipping.

For orders below that amount, a shipping charge of ₹ 2999will be applied at checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

For most metro & urban areas: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

For remote, hilly or difficult‐to‐reach locations: 5–10 business days (or more depending on courier coverage).

Please note: These are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to courier partner issues, weather, natural calamities, or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can use this to monitor status via the courier’s website/app.

If you don’t receive a tracking update within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer service team.

Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping address is complete (house number, street, landmark, PIN code) and that your phone/mobile number is correct and reachable.

If the delivery partner cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, the courier may mark the order as “return to sender” (RTO). In that case, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery

Courier will attempt delivery. If you are unavailable and no alternative instructions are provided, the order may be returned to us.

If your order is returned due to incorrect/unreachable address or failure to receive the parcel, you may need to place a new order and pay shipping again.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Items

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours (or a specified time) of delivery.

Keep the packaging and item intact until verification. Photos may be required.

Once verified, we will coordinate with the courier for claim or arrange replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Since we sell food/edible items, once the seal is broken or the product is opened/used, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns or replacements are offered only in cases of defect, damage in transit, wrong item delivered, subject to our verification.

Holiday/Bulk Order Delays

During sale periods, festival seasons, or for very large orders, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We will communicate any expected delay by email/WhatsApp.

If there is a significant delay beyond our standard estimates, you may contact us to check status or opt for cancellation (prior to dispatch).
